2. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide voluntarily through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We also collect technical browsing information (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited) through cookies, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

3. Processing purposes

We use your data to send you the Elevantaq newsletter with news about the Argentine real estate market, investment opportunities in real estate crowdlending and related communications. We also use them to improve the platform, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations applicable in Argentina.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out with your express consent, which you provide by completing and submitting the form, in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your subscription remains active or while there is a relationship with Elevantaq. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we delete your data within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

6. Data subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@elevantaq.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.

7. Transfers and third parties

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share them with service providers (email delivery, analytics) acting under our instructions and with equivalent confidentiality commitments.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
